Happy Halloween

Busy...busy...busy

This week has been a busy one...I started a new job and working on setting up a new store, its allot more work than I expected, so its been kicking my butt...Also decided that I am going back to school starting in January, I have to take some pre-requisites, and that kind of has me worried. I hope I do well on the placement test, I have not been to school in 10 years, and not paying attention for 5 before that, has me a bit out of practice. I plan to attend dental school as soon as I get the first class' out of the way. I think it will be a lot of work but will pay off in the long run.. so wish me luck, I will keep studying, and head in for the placement test my next weekday off.

Chesters Harley Octoberfest

There's a house upon the hilltop
We will not go inside
For that is where the witches live,
Where ghosts and goblins hide.

Tonight they have their party,
All the lights are burning bright,
But oh we will not go inside
The haunted house tonight.

The demons there are whirling
And the spirits swirl about.
They sing their songs to Halloween.
"Come join the fun," they shout.

But we do not want to go there

Reward Chart

This is Caidence's reward chart, for each good day at school, she earns a flower, on Friday, if she earns 5 flowers, she gets to pick a prize from a hat. We made reward tags, and what ever she picks she earns, for example, sleep over, movie night, pick a toy, day at the park etc.

Got some cute foam flower cut outs at the $ store, and drew faces on them.....used poster board and cut into flower pot shapes.....

Hot glued Velcro onto pot and flowers, and put the flower faces into a vase next to her bedroom.....

Is summer Over???

Goofing off in the rain... its a big treat...

At last we finally had rain fall and cool weather, only in the 80's this week. Now the yard work can get started.. walking the dogs, and being outside, there is just no doing that in summer .... so the day has come, I'm off to go enjoy the outdoors...enjoy your day!!!

I have been watching these movies a lot lately... I'm sure that they are controversial, but he makes some good points.. he talks about all sorts of things in his movies. They point out flaws in our medical, government, I'm sure some feel that he is un-American, but I really enjoy the education in these videos.
I think we all should have rights to, have medical care, make a good livable wage. Check out the trailers below... I would love to hear some comments........
