Crafty for a LUAU
So Caidence turned 6 on July 7th. Now we are having her party for her and her friends... ......since when do kids get 2 parties??? ( my husband asks) Good question.... But were having a luau party!!! I wanted to make a volcano. you can find the link here
A friend and I decided to make a musical fish game for the kids to play in the pool... I will tape fish to the outside shallow end of the pool.( with older kids you could do all around the pool, but she is still so little to me) when the music stops you must find a fish, I will pick a number and color to that fish, and we have a winner... to make it fair we will have only 1 person able to win one time..everyone will win something during the party. We will also have water balloon toss and 2 winners from that game.

More Zucchini
We have been getting 2 zucchini every couple days... with the heat it has slowed down allot. Here are some more things for dinner...
I drizzled with melted butter, salt and peppered, and baked until partially cooked. Then I filled with cooked bacon pieces ( from breakfast) and shredded cheese and baked until cooked through. It was a meal in its own and very good, and easy to make.

Robert had a good time too.....
I thought it would be fun if Caidence could get together with her friends on her b-day, so we decided to go to the library and see Ric, the balloon making cowboy... that was fun, he told stories and used kids as props, and to help.... I was so hoping Caidence was called... and right at the end, on the last story she was... he told the story of There was an old lady who swallowed a fly... and then the real version... check out the video... pretty cute...( Caidence is an elephant)
